Riverside Buildings

The Riverside development at Granta Park provides high-quality yet economic accommodation for emerging science-based companies. The size and focus of these companies varies and ranges from small tenancies of approximately 20 sq.m. up to accommodation let on a wing, floor plate or whole building basis. The 80,000 sq.ft. development consists of three buildings of different sizes arranged around the sides of a generous central court.
