Kings Hill, Kent
This project was designed as a speculative headquarters building for developer Rouse Kent. The building has flexible floor plates to accommodate multiple tenancies or sub-letting.
The 15m-deep office floors are arranged around a central atrium ensuring high levels of natural light. The facades have floor-to-ceiling glazing set within frames of precast concrete using Portland stone aggregate.
