Patricia joined NHA in 2008 as practice administrator and is involved in the management of the practice relating primarily to legal, financial, quality management, health and safety, CDM and training matters as well as being involved with individual projects.
On a day to day basis she is responsible for the negotiation of contracts in conjunction with the partners and manages practice finance. She manages our integrated management system which incorporates quality management and environmental management of both the practice and of our projects. This role involves conducting reviews of individual projects at strategic stages from both a process and design perspective.
She was also one of the founding members of the NHA CDM and H&S groups which manage and coordinate the practice CDM procedures and the developed the Health and Safety Management system. She is a member of the Environment Group and heads up the Green Team element of this group which covers our in-house activities.
Patricia is an affiliate member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and has successfully completed a number of their courses. She attends regular courses and relevant events and updates on CDM and is a qualified First-Aider at Work.
