Sharing Knowledge

A natural extension of our collaborative culture is the desire to share the knowledge gleaned from projects or research.

Our in-house intranet captures this shared knowledge and provides access to external sources too. Specialist groups within the practice manage the information, organise in-house talks and plan our external events and publications.

Our regular design reviews are open to the whole office and are both a vehicle for learning and a primary tool for interrogating design quality. At the end of projects we ensure we disseminate the lessons learned from the experience of our buildings in use.
