Nicholas Hare Architects & BIM

This year Nicholas Hare Architects' experience of BIM has been growing with about a third of our current projects, and all future projects to be, designed using BIM. The teams are already seeing benefits in the communication and coordination of our designs. We have also started to understand the potential value of our BIM outputs to clients and end users.

On 22 May we took part in the NLA's round table discussion with representatives from a cross section of the construction industry discussing the topic "What does BIM mean for the private sector?".

We have also recently participated in Constructing Excellence's BIM workshops and attended the BIMnet launch on 19 June. The future looks BIM....
