Nicholas Hare Architects are extremely pleased to learn that Coleridge Primary School has joined a list of prestigious projects in line for the coveted 2011 Civic Trust Awards.
From 333 national and international entries, 57 projects have been successful in this year's awards. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Friday 4th March at the People's History Museum in Manchester.
The gala dinner and awards presentation will be hosted by Architect, writer and TV presenter George Clarke and Civic Trust Awards Managing Director Malcolm Hankey. The keynote speech will be delivered by President Elect of the RIBA Angela Brady, former vice-chair of the Civic Trust Awards National Panel.
The Civic Trust Awards is an independent built environment awards scheme established in 1959 to recognise the very best in architecture, design, planning, landscape and public art. Successful projects must also be culturally, socially or economically beneficial, and make an outstanding contribution to the quality and appearance of the built environment.
