Capital House granted planning approval

We are pleased to announce that Capital House has been granted planning permission!

This is an exciting retrofit project to convert an existing 1980s office building built into a Centre for Creative Technologies for the Winchester School of Art, as part of the University of Southampton’s estates strategy. It will provide a variety of teaching and learning spaces used by a variety of courses ranging from Creative Computing to Games Design and Art.

We look forward to work progressing on site this spring.
